Richard Phillippe, President of RP Strategy Group, Inc. has been involved in the insurance and financial services industry for over 15 years. 

 September of 1998, Richard Phillippe started his own firm, RP Strategy Group, Inc. after leaving Oxford Dutton, an independent benefit agency. Since the company’s inception, RP Strategy Group, Inc. has been recognized by some of the largest insurance companies as one of the top producers in the U.S.  With a focus on customer care, Richard and his team have harnessed many of the technological advances within the insurance field. Because of this, RPS is often asked to perform guest lectures or attend many strategic planning conferences by several of the top insurance companies.

United Healthcare Gold Producer Nationwide 2006/2007.  Also out of 80,000 agencies nationally invited, all expense paid, to come to Echelon (only for top producers) in Laguna, California.

 RP Strategy Group, Inc works with a team of 50 brokers in over 5 states and shops the market for just over 35 corporations a month.  With each case, his firm obtains quotes from over 300 major health plans (depending on their size and markets), rated A- or above by A.M. Best.  The firm represents both large and small companies and believes that the same high-quality standards should be applied to both.  With this strategy,  his client base has grown to include association members, employee leasing firms, government agencies, municipalities, non-profits, and of course for profits...And we are just getting started!

In 2004, Richard got certified as a Chartered Benefit Consultant which specializes in HSA's and HRA's.  In 2006, Richard was advanced certified.
